During a morning walk thru Walden Preserve I was buzzed 4 times by a male
Goshawk. The Hawk dove within 4-5 ft of me. Close enough to have me diving to
the ground. Oh yes, we did see butterflies also including my first Great
Spangled Fritillary of the year. Other butterflies seen:
Orange and Clouded Sulphurs including an albino Clouded Sulphur ovipositing
on Vetch
Tiger Swallowtail
Southern Cloudywing
Long Dash, Euro, Least Skippers
Red Admiral caterpillars
