Lighthouse Point St. Park

A visit to Lighthouse Point St. Park in New Haven on Saturday 9/14 turned up 
8 species of butterflies including 1-2 Cloudless Sulphurs.  The Cloudless 
Sulphur(s) were patrolling the lawn between the parking lot and the carousel.

The complete list for the day is as follows:

Cabbage White (3)
Clouded Sulphur (45)- including numerous white individuals, so many that it 
was difficult to find the Cabbage Whites-how often does that occur?
Orange Sulphur (8)
Cloudless Sulphur (1-2)
Gray Hairstreak (1)
Eastern Tailed Blue (2)
Pearl Crescent (1)
Monarch (12)
