Hammonasset Butterflies

Saturday, 9/20-While admittedly a slow day for Monarchs as Rich Chyinski 
noted in his earlier message, there were a total of 10 species of butterflies at 
Hammonasset.  The list for the day is as follows:

Black Swallowtail (4)
Cabbage White (13)
Clouded Sulphur (5)
Orange Sulphur (1)
Eastern Tailed Blue (1)
American Lady (2)
Painted Lady (1)
Common Buckeye (2)
Monarch (4)
Ocola Skipper (1)

As one would expect, the butterfly garden was the most productive site for 
butterflies.
