Hello All,
My mother just sent me an urgent message from North Carolina.
She found a caterpillar in her rhododendrons which she describes as "lemon yellow, very fuzzy, looks like a shaggy dog. Has two black tufts in the front and one in the back, and some black dots can be seen through the body fuzz." It is making her VERY anxious, because she is a member of the Rhododendron Society and raises rhododendrons. There is only one caterpillar, but it is eating the rhododendron. Does anyone have any idea what she might have?
Thanks!
Diane
