some guy tagging monarchs

So, I come in from tagging my first Monarch in the yard, open the Hartford
Courant, and there's a big picture of some guy tagging Monarchs.  Didn't
even need to see the face to guess who it was.

If you get a chance, pick up the Courant to see a nice article on Rich
Chyinski - one of the few people still posting on this listserve.
