releasing Monarchs into what?

Some of you may remeber a post from me about finding some really late 
Monarch eggs in Sept. Well they hatched, developed, and pupated. Today one 
eclosed as a perfect Monarch. I have about 8 more to go. Crazy to think..what will 
they eat when I release them? I have a butterfly bush with a few flowers 
but there is so little nectar for them between here and wherever!   
I think I will try get him to nectar on gatorade in the morning, then 
release him to his fate. I have a few tags maybe I should tag him.
