[Insightl] Version 5

We've been up with Version 5.0 for about a month - the installation 
(running on MSSQL) was fairly straight forward for us and we hit few 
snags.

We did find the installation of Deploy Director a tad challenging - but 
that is also now working.

We're currently pondering the use and deployment of Personal Insight - and 
trying to get a handle on the service requirements of its release - but 
every time I have demo'd it - it has worked as expected.

I've been pretty quick to point out flawed Insight installations in the 
past - so I do have to say this one went well...
