We've just successfully completed our 5.0 upgrade at Stanford -- not
without bumps for sure, but definitely smoother than any previous
upgrades. I should also say that most of the bumps were the result of
either our own legacy problems coming back to bite us, or quirks of our own
environment, so not Luna's fault at all. And the support from Luna to get
over the bumps has been great.
