[Insightl] Copyright and Cataloging Questions

For collections where we don't have copyright - we restrict use to
on-campus users only. We have added images from vendor purchased
collections where metadata is supplied by running the data through our
normal upload processes.

As for metadata - we have worked to create a 'Library Core' for use by
users of Personal Insight - documentation is here:
http://www.library.yale.edu/eli/metadata_examples.doc

We intend/hope to expand/modify these guidelines for use as a minimun
field requirement for all Library collections as well.
