Subtitled Oshima Films

I'm looking for English-subtitled video copies of films by Japanese director
Nagisa Oshima. I'm particularly interested in the following titles, though I'm
also interested in anything not readily available in the US on video or other
Oshima rarities:

* BOY
* THE CEREMONY
* DIARY OF A SHINJUKU THIEF
* THE MAN WHO LEFT HIS WILL ON FILM
* NIGHT AND FOG IN JAPAN

Does anyone know if these even exist in English-subtitled form other than a
theatrical print?
