I guess I'm still a bit dazed from vacation:

"Shimizu Hiroshi" is correct.

Yes, yet another "Shimizu Hiroshi" in the Japanese film world, following 
the pre- and post-war film director (of _Hachi no su no kodomotachi_ and 
_Arigato-san_ fame) and the actor (who's appeared in the last two Sabu 
films).

The kanji are different:

For _Ikinai's_ director: ???

For the other two: ???
