Phone:(301) 474-4931.  I can't say that I've actually seen Tetsuwan Atomu
there, but I've definitely seen other Osamu Tetsuka anime (Kimba, or Leo as
it's known in Japan), and they have a huge collection of anime and manga.
If they don't have it, it's worth asking the proprietor (whose name I think
is Biren) if he can get it.  He seems to have amazing connections.  Good luck,
