If this is the 1996 film of the same title produced by Shochiku and 
directed by Koyama Seijiro (which I unfortunately saw), it is not a 
documentary but a biopic starring Mikami Kenji as Miyazawa.  It was one 
of two Miyazawa biopics made that year, the other being _Waga kokoro no 
ginga tetsudo_.
