godzilla and nationalism

some of you may be interested to know that the flagship title for sega's
next TV videogame system is tentatively named 'godzilla', and that the
godzilla depicted in their press release is the familiar toho
guy-in-a-rubber-suit variety:

sega intends to spend $500M US to market the launch of this system,
which is widely regarded as their only hope of a comeback in the
videogame market.

sega ("SErvice GAmes") was founded in japan by an american several
