Dear Ms. Wender,

I read your post and remembered a documentary film that I saw a couple of
years ago that may be of interest to you. It is called "Osaka Story" and is
by Toichi Nakata. It concerns a family in Osaka that has ties to Korea.
Below is a URL that contains distribution information. You may already be
familiar with the film, but, if not, you may want to check it out. I found
it interesting for several reasons. Because I don't want to give the story
away, I can't tell you all the details, but I especially liked the karaoke
party which constitutes one of the many climaxes of the film.
