Japanese colonization of Korea

One recent video documentary that touches on the issue of Japanese 
colonization of Korea is _The Hidden Truth: The Records of Korean B- and 
C-Class War Criminals_.  While it focuses more on the war criminals than 
on colonization, it definitely makes a point that their status in the 
Japanese Army was a product of colonial policy.

The film was made by students at the Japan Academy of Moving Images and 
has shown at Yamagata and other international film festivals (there is an
