Thanks to everybody for all the private and public comments, suggestions and 
encouragement.  The logic of your arguments has persuaded me to make some 
significant changes: romaji will reflect the kanji without "corrections", 
"ren'ai hen" etc will be preserved and the Korean chapter will be kept 
separate.

Just one area I'm still undecided on.  But a decision can wait a couple of 
months.  I do think that when it comes to individual's names, there is a 
strong argument for "correcting" the spelling.  For example, nobody refers 
to Biito Takeshi, its Beat Takeshi.  Likewise for "Guts", "Thomas", "Henry", 
etc.  But I'll think about Aaron's suggestion of listing both.

Just to stress again that kanji is given for every title so there is no 
difficulty distinguishing "Cure" from "Kyua" or "Love Letter" from "Rabu 
Retta".   But I do regularly have the difficulty that Aaron suggests: when 
both kanji and English are given on a poster, which is the ACTUAL title of 
the film?  Of course, you take it case by case, and different Japanese 
reference works disagree on whether films (such as "POSTMAN BLUES") are 
written in kanji or not.

Anyway, I think we can bring this thread to a close now.  Any final comments 
can come to me privately.
