Kobayashi Masaki Exhibition

I learn of a forthcoming exhibition on "The World of Film Director
Kobayashi Masaki" from a Japanese weekly.  It will last from
18 December 1999 to 6 February 2000, with about 500 items
(posters, stills, letters, production notes, etc.) relating to the life
and work of this great director.

The venue is Setagaya Bungakukan (Tel: 03-5374-9111) and the
admission fee is 200 yens.  If there is an exhibition catalogue for
sale, that is really worth getting.  I envy those who can attend.
