Futen no Tora

I've only come across OTOKO WA TSURAI YO: FUTEN NO TORA with the English 
title TORA-SAN: HIS TENDER LOVE, although TORA-SAN'S TENDER LOVE may be more 
in keeping with other titles in the series.  I presume the DVD release by 
Shochiku has no English subtitles or "new" official English title.
