I have the book in front of me now and as far as I can tell, it is a 
complete script.  It says nowhere that it is an excerpt.  There may be 
some lines missing (it may be an shooting script and not a dialogue 
transcript), but glancing through it now, it looks like all the scenes I 
recall are there.

Where did you hear it was only an excerpt?
