Kinugasa + Kobayashi, etc

Hello dear members,

Here are three humble requests from a kyoto-based member:

1. Could anyone suggest me a book about Teinosuke KINUGASA, in japanese or in English, that would deal with his "surrealist", or "impressionist" movies : KURUTTA IPPEIJI (1926), aka A Crazy Page ; and JUJIRO (1928), aka Crossroads, or Shadows of the Yoshiwara ? Books with many images from those films would be just as much welcome.

2. Could anyone suggest me books in Japanese about the director Masaki KOBAYASHI : biography, or interviews, for instance, or even some sites on the web ? In "gaijin" languages, all I could find is Joan Mellen's interview in her book "Voices from the Japanese Cinema" or C.R.Blouin's interviews in french. Has anyone heard of something else by chance?

3. This is an easy one : who knows the adress of the cafe LA JETEE in Tokyo, named after Chris Marker's movie ?

Thanks in advance, and thanks too for all these interesting discussions I could follow on the web for many months. By the way, it reminds me of something else : has anyone heard of a shop selling second hand CDV or DVD in Tokyo or elsewhere in Japan ?
