Again, my periodical reminder:

Being removed from the list is something subscribers should do themselves 
and is as easy as subscribing to the list.  Do not bother the entire list 
with requests to be taken off.  

Please do save the quides to KineJapan you received when you first 
subscribed: they tell you how to unsubscribe and do other things to 
change your status on the list.  If you have lost them, you can get a 
short version of the basic commands by sending the message "information" 
to the address below.
