Self-introduction

Hello all.

My name is Conor Lennon and I am doing some research for a company called
Mondial Television. Mondial are planning a web database of international
production companies for industry use. This discussion group has been
recommended to me as a site for experts and enthusiasts of Japanese film
and, with that in mind, is there anyone on this list who can tell me where
to find a directory of Japaneses production companies? Also does anyone
have any contact information for an organisation called the JAC which, I am
told, acts as a de-facto union organisation for the industry in Japan? I
would be very grateful for any help in this area.
