I suggest you to look for a film by ICHIKAWA Kon called Poo-San (in english, Mr Poo), 1953, about a man who tries to get a contract in a city where he has a small company that collects shit from cisterns, and is abused by the wealthypoliticians ; the film ends up in a manga-like scene where he throws shit by the paddle at the people who cheated him, the city hall, etc...
