A trip to Harajuku on Saturday turned up another To the Herbs, located
directly across the street from the main exit of the JR station. Perhaps the
chain is already a reality? In any case, I didn't go in, but it did look
interesting enough to merit a meal later on--perhaps when the area is less
crowded than it was on a beautiful Saturday afternoon.
