I know of at least seven To the Herbs around town, the oldest at least
3 years.  So perhaps Shochiku is just offering space or investment.
They'll have a bit of loose change laying around after laying off the
Shochiku Fuji employees this year, after their success promoting
The Thin Red Line and Life is Beautiful.
