Shochiku sells Ofuna

Papers reported that Shochiku has finally confirmed that it will be 
selling its Ofuna studios to Kamakura Joshi Daigaku, which wants to use 
the land to build a new campus.  The precise amount of land and the price 
will be announced after the board meeting on the 27th.
