E and J

It's good to see a lot of people have been adding the Japanese kanji when 
giving information to the list (though I'd like to see more posts in 
Japanese itself), but I do remind people that out of courtesy, they 
should try to put a "J" in the title of their message just to warn people 
who don't have Japanese software that Japanese stuff is in the message.
