kyoto fest

[Mikiro Kato]

I am sorry I could not "rope Gunning and some of the other panelists into
joining" you; in fact I was roped to another meeting by Yamane Sadao, a
film critic.   What's worse, during the film festival I was occupied with
an unhappy event concerning my family living far away from Kyoto.  I would
like to plan film history workshops at the next Kyoto Film Festival. 
Thanks a lot for coming to the Kyoto Film Festival.
