There are also a number of internet sites that sell zone-free DVD players,
based both in the US and UK.
Some of them offer guarantees that they will update ways to keep your player
zone free in the future--in case of new security methods.
I won't recommend any of them, but I will say that I've (ahem) heard
you can get one delivered via courier for about the same price as
you can by a zone-coded one here.  Just search under zone-free DVD.
