I would be interested to see the discussion you referred to in your e-mail to Kinejapan.  How do I access the List archives as a new member I haven't sussed out how to do this yet.
I haven't seen Hsiou Hsiao Hsien's films but I will look out for them - we do have a good World Video shop not too far away.
