Ichikawa's Actress?

It certainly exists in the Japan Foundation collection of subtitled 16mm
prints which can circulate around embassies.  It should be available for
non-commercial screenings if you have a good relationship with your local
Japanese Embassy and local branch of the Japan Foundation.
