Japanese children's films

I'm helping a Dutch friend track down suitable Japanese children's films
for the upcoming CineKid Film Festival in Amsterdam.  The festival will run
a Japanese sidebar and is looking for suitable films, TV shows and new
media (computer games, educational software, etc.) covering the past
decade.

If anyone has suggestions, I would welcome them.  Titles alone are good;
distributor/broadcaster would be even better.
