film fest beat style

Has anyone heard or read anything on Takeshi's
proposed new film festival, or was I just dreaming? I
thought that he was setting up a counter-attack to the
TIFF, claiming the latter to be too commercial. Didn't
see anything on the Office Kitano site about it, and
am wondering about when, where (Tokyo, I presume),
what is it, whocan/how to enter, etc. Anybody?
Japanese, French or English replies are o.k. Thanks.
