Kyoto documentary

A colleague is looking for information on a German documentary entitled
"Kyoto" by Walter Flemming. IMDb shows only that it exists, in
German--does anyone have any info on this film, whether it is available in
an English subtitled version, or has anyone seen it who might be able to
