In Denmark we rarely have the opportunity to see Japanese movies, and so I
thought it proper to keep you informed that the Danish Film Institute
(www.dfi.dk), in corporation with Japan Foundation, Kawakita Memorial Film
Institute, Cinemateca del Commune di Bologna, Mostra Intrenationale del
Cinema Libero, Soumen elokuvaarkisto, Daiei, Matsuda, Shochiku and Willmar
Andersson is able to run a Mizoguchi-retrospect here in October. The movies
