Help requested from the Japanese Database

both looks correct. I'm very bad at transcribing Japanese names, but Nihon
no yoru/Onna Onna Onna Monogatari is what the JMDB entry has indeed credited
to Tetsuji Takechi, too. The original release date is 15.5.1963. Produced at
Sano Geijutsu Pro, distributed by Matsutake.

Not the same film. The release date is 4.10.1964, more than a year later,
and it's supposedly 2195 m long, not 2134 m as the older one. The credits
don't match, either:

According to the jmdb, that's not the director, but the script writer...
Apparently he directed a movie in 1966 called 'Nihon o shikaru' (Scold
Japan), but not this one. For Shin Onna Onna Onna Monogatari, the database
lists two co-directors, Takeo Kurata and something Akutagawa (can't read his
first name, sorry) who happens to be the cameraman for Onna Onna Onna
Monogatari. Produced by Phoenix Film, same distributor. Find somebody who's
better at reading names and check these two pages:
