Casio Abe contributed an essay on Kitano as an actor to the Tadao Press 
book, but that's all. Lawrence Chua's name does not appear in my copy of the 
book.

And besides the book you mention hasn't been published yet, while mine has 
been avialable for two years now. So quite clearly there not the same. Which 
means Kitnao fans have two tomes to sink their teeth into.
