I can't imagine where the Woody Allen comparison comes from.
I stumbled on that series from the first day on, and was bowled over.
Incredible twists and turns, and such bizarre characters who become stranger
and stranger every week. It was also very fun videography. Aside from the
extreme angles and lighting, they achieved a look everyone assumes can only
be had with film (something quite a few Japanese tv dramas sport, so I
always wonder why US tv always looks so bland unless it's shot on film).
Has anyone seen the sequel?
