Berlin awards

News from the Berlin Film Festival says that Shindo Kaze's Love/Juice was 
awarded the CICAE (International Confederation of Art Cinemas) Prize for 
the Forum and the Wolfgang Staudte Award (apparently the equivalent of 
the best new director's prize), and Konuma Masaru's Nagisa was awarded 
the Prize of the Deutsches Kinderhilfwerk (the prize for children's 
film).   This is the first international prize for Konuma, who is 
well-known in Japan for his work with roman poruno and is the subject of 
a recent documentary by Nakata Hideo.
