I'd also like to add to that list Pete Tombs' "Mondo Macabro", which has a 
substantial section on Japanese exploitation, with one chapter devoted to 
pinku. You also get to learn a lot about Turkish superheroes, Mexican 
wrestlers and Indonesian flying head movies too.
