For posters and movie memorabilia I usually go to Nakano, though the last
time I was there only one poster shop remained and it's opening hours seem to
be dictated by whim - I've often had to return to the area 2 or 3 times
before I've found it open, so you may not think it worth the trouble, but on
my last visit I picked up about 20 posters so for me it's been quite
fruitful. There's a shop in Jimbocho that also sells posters, and one in
Shibuya on the East side. There's a small one in Shinjuku but too expensive.
Most of these shops also sell Programs

I usually pick up videos while disc shopping in Akihabara, and there's a
couple of shops in Shinjuku I always visit - The Video Market is one but it's
a specialist shop rather than a used video store and can be pricey, as can
the many video shops in Jimbocho. There's also some used video stores in
Ueno.

Anyway, I'm sure Tokyo residents can be more helpful, but hopefully this was
of some use to you.
