The worst part about it is that it will HUGE in Japan. I couldn't believe it
when my students in Japan would tell me that a xenophobic, pro-America
propoganda piece like Independence Day was their favorite movie.

Further proof that for most of Hollywood, cold hard cash is the only reason
for making films. But that's saying nothing new.

Sounds like another good reason to stay home and watch Tora! Tora! Tora!
