Imamura's Warm Water Under a Red Bridge

Does anybody out there know if  Warm Water under a Red Bridge [Akai Hashi no 
Shitano Nurui Mizu] , will be shown throughout the UK at some point ?

It's due to be shown this week in the Regus London Film Festival and has a 
distributor - Metro Tartan - but what about after that ?
