Love Cinema question

I have been able to catch both visitor q and tokyo trash baby. but I must say that visitor is far more interesting. tokyo trash baby moved on in really slow pace with not much going on but an unengaging popstar/neighbour obsessed girl. Also the image quality was quite bad on that one (or maybe it was the projection, hard to tell).
Anyway comparing them to the Dogme project is a bit misleading. The prime thing with Dogme was not the video in itself but rather the mobility of the camera and the possibility of keep on filming for an hour or more without reloading in connection to the freedom that this granted the actors. Also there were several rules about realism, keeping the story within 24h and no added lights, props or custumes and such.
I'm not sure if these matters were ever part of the Love Cinema concept - or if that rather just utilizes the fact that video is cheaper and that you thus can make films more in your own way.
