Sight and Sound Critics' Poll 2002 - Results

The results of the British Film Institute's Sight and Sound magazine 
international critics' and directors' polls have now been posted on the 
net:

At least one KineJapan member, Mark Schilling, participated in the poll.

In the critics poll, Tokyo Story came in at no. 5, and in the directors' 
poll, Rashomon and Seven Samurai were tied for 9th. In the critics' poll 
of directors, two Japanese directors, Kurosawa (6th) and Ozu (10th) made 
the top ten. Kurosawa was 3rd in the directors' poll of directors.
