I had French for five years in school though 
I would not be able to order an croissant in Paris ;-)
The US-DVD's are the alternative. But $40 for two
decent DVD's with a very low runtime? Hmmm....

Jup, VCD's of T1+2 are available. But IMHO VCD's suck...
