Tom cat and Kiyoshi Kurosawa

Looking around for Kurosawa materials I found a curious page about
something (which I didn't undertood) named "Tom cat", starring
Kiyoshi Kurosawa as actor. The page should be written in japanese
characters but strangely I cannot read it, so I didn't understand even
if it's really a movie or what. Who are "Tom and the nice guys"?
Does anyone know anything about that?
