Film/Anime Criticism/Theory

I have a request for suggestions: I am compiling a list of Japanese-language
pieces of film/anime criticism/theory to use in an advanced Japanese class
during the spring quarter here at the University of Washington.  Any
recommendations?  Pieces shorter than 20 pages are preferable.  Please feel
free to e-mail me directly or respond to the mailing list.
