how to get subtitles for a dvd from Japan ? + "School of the Holy Beast" on dvd

While we're on the subject, one quick question:  Is Suzuki's first name
NoriFumi or NoriBumi?  I've seen it both ways in Hiragana.

I watched Suzuki's Sukebancho gerira the other day.  Easily takes the top
spot on my list of gehin na Japanese films.  And I thought Truck Yaro was
bad...
